Conversions the tool does without a page

The converter also writes JPEG, JFIF, AVIF, BMP, ICO, PDF, and reads more formats than it writes. Those conversions work in the tool above right now. They simply have no written page yet, so they are listed here rather than linked.

This is deliberate. A directory that links to pages which do not exist is worse than a shorter directory, and a site that advertises a format count it cannot back is the thing this one was built to avoid. As pages get written they appear in the list above, because both the list and the header menu read from the same file.
