Contact
This page reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Write in for a bug, a format you want added, or a question about what happens to your files, and Abdul reads it directly.
help@imgconvertertools.com goes to the person who builds and runs this site, not to a shared inbox or a support team.
That has an upside and a limit, and both are worth saying plainly. The upside is that whoever reads your message is the same person who can actually fix the thing you are writing about. The limit is that this is a small operation, so there is no guaranteed response time and no ticket number. Most messages get a reply; none of them get a form letter.
There is no contact form here on purpose. A form usually means a third-party inbox tool sitting behind the page, and this site does not run a backend for anything else either — the same reason the converter works entirely in your browser is the reason this page is a plain mailto link instead of a widget.
What helps a reply along
A little context turns a guess into a fix. What that means depends on why you are writing.
- A conversion behaved oddly. Say which two formats, roughly how large the file was, and what you expected versus what happened — the page for that conversion describes what it should have done, which is a useful thing to compare against. You do not need to attach the file itself: a description is usually enough, and the point of this site is that your files stay on your own computer, including the one that gave you trouble.
- A format is missing. Name it, and say what you were trying to do with it. Check the format list first — it says which formats can be opened and which can be saved, and the two aren't the same. Requests like this are exactly how that list grows.
- Something on a page looks wrong. A link to the exact page and a sentence on what is off is enough. If a page states something about a conversion that turns out not to be true, that is a mistake worth fixing fast, not defending.
- A question about your data. See the next section — but the short version is: ask here.
- A security issue. If something you found means this site or the conversion itself could expose a file, a device, or information about a visitor in a way the privacy page doesn't already describe, say so directly and say what you found. That kind of report gets looked at first, ahead of everything else in the inbox.
Questions about your data
The privacy page describes what this site does and does not collect when you load or use it. This address is the route for anything that page does not already answer — including a request to see, correct or delete information connected to you, if any exists.
Say what you are asking for and, if you know it, roughly when you visited. A reply follows from the same address.
Worth knowing before you write in: there are no accounts on this site, so there is no profile tied to your name to look up, and converting a file here doesn't send it anywhere in the first place, so there is nothing on a server to delete. Most data questions this site gets are already answered by that alone — the privacy page explains what a plain page visit does record, in more detail than this paragraph has room for, and the terms cover what you agree to by using the site.
